Starting from 03/04/2023, the Best Western Plus Hotel De’ Capuleti is certified by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC): a tangible and globally recognized acknowledgment of our constant commitment and daily choices to promote sustainability and social responsibility in the tourism industry. It is a source of pride for us to be among the few hotels certified according to GSTC standards.

The Best Western Plus Hotel De’ Capuleti selects food and raw materials from local producers, processed and worked by skilled hands in full respect of the environment and people. The breakfast pastries are prepared daily with organic flour at Km0 in our kitchen. The hotel also collaborates with Too Good To Go in order to reduce food waste.

The shampoo, shower gel, and soap line chosen for our guests is certified Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
