The Hotel De’ Capuleti selects food and raw materials from local producers, processed and worked by skilled hands in full respect of the environment and people. The breakfast pastries are prepared daily with organic flour at Km0 in our kitchen. The hotel also works with Too Good To Go and Ronda della Carità to help fight food waste.
